Finca El Azahar is a rural house in Extremadura, a regenerative agriculture project, and an artists' residence.
Located in the Sierra de Serrezuela, just a few kilometers from Trujillo, in the province of Cáceres, the farm spans eight hectares of olive groves, vineyards, and fruit trees that we cultivate with care and respect. The rural house, which has a magnificent pool, is situated in a typical 19th-century “lagar” from Extremadura and can be rented by the room or in its entirety.
Occasionally we host writers, artists, filmmakers... who find tranquility here to think and develop their works.
We want our guests to feel at home, to share with them the beauty and serenity of the place as well as the products of our farm, which are for us the luxury of this environment.

At Finca El Azahar, former Finca Santa Marta, we have welcomed travelers from all over the world who are passionate about ornithology for more than twenty years. The Finca has a strategic position on the migratory routes for bird watching and photography.
